Ravi Pandit Present PRESIDENT: President Rtn Manish took a review of the activities happened during the first month of this new Rotary year and expressed his happiness about the same. Hon. Secretary Rtn. Rahul Khandekar: 1. Cumulative attendance for the Month of July is 49.4 percent. 2. Invoices for RI dues and Rotary Magazine etc were received. Both the invoices were verified for correctness and were forwarded to Hon. Treasurer Rtn. Pradeep Kulkarni and Both payments were done well within the Timelines. 3. Invoice for District dues received & Payment has been made within Timelines. 4. Goal setting is uploaded on RI as well as District Website and we will conduct one online training for our BOD Members so that every director is aware of the goals set. Hon Treasurer Rtn. Pradeep Kulkarni : 1. Majority of Members have Paid Full fees or 1st Half Yearly fees as well as Trust fees, Pradeep will follow up with the remaining members who are yet to pay the fees & update accordingly. 2. The formalities for change of signatories to be expedited by Rtn.Rahul Khandekar and Rtn. Pradeep Kulkarni 3. It was decided that the various committees should follow the protocol of getting approval for the expenses made from the respective director and then only to be presented to the Hon. Treasurer for reimbursement or recordkeeping. The BOD approval will be necessary only if it exceeds the budget provision. Director Club Administration : Rtn. She & Fellowship Committee Chairperson Bhakti have have intimated Mr. Sunil Damle & Vishwanath of Damle Hall about few programmes which need to be scheduled on Wednesday instead of Tuesday, due to the month of “Shravan”. We planted over 100 plants which will help to create a beautiful Open Butterfly Garden. Dr. Kharat Principal Modern College, Rahul Marathe from MitraKida, Mr. Chitrav from Kirloskar - Vasundhara and over 20 members of Rotary Club of Pune Kothrud participated in the project. We are thankful to Kirloskar Vasundhara Foundation, Elkay Silicones for their continuous contribution in this project. PP Rtn Ravi Pandit: He expressed his satisfaction on the progress the way the Board has been functioning. Rtn Ravi updated the BOD members on the progress of TB Eradication Project Closing remarks by President: Rtn Manish mentioned he is happy to see everybody in the committee is working in a fantastic manner.
