| Minutes of Meeting | PRESIDENT: President briefed progress of AV work All the BOD members unanimously decided to be main host for District event Udarta major Donors meet and contribute Rs 25000 Hon. Secretary informed the Average Attendance is bit going low.. because of vacations and summer .. Planning Assembly is planned on 23rd May 2023 at PYC. Director Club Administration: shared updates of programme and fellowship. PP Rtn.Shrikant Gogate will sponsor Amaras puri dinner . Club bulletin published recently liked by all members Director Membership: We will sponsor 3 to 4 members for District Membership meet Manish and Sushma will send reminder to Rtn Khatavakar regarding pending club fee and trust contribution . : Rtn Rekha Pandit and Rtn Jyoti jog submitted email to discontinue Rotary Membership Director Service Projects Director Service projects updated Nala and Global Grant Project status. Despite repettive reminders we are not getting updates on kasmir literacy projects from Mr Adhik kadam borderless Foundation Hon Treasurer Sushma said all the expenses are within budget. Suhas Patwardhan and Dr Sumedha suggested to present budget and expenses of each avenue and share projection of expenses for remaining months Director Foundation :Rtn Vandana shared the progress of foundation & updates regarding global grant projects and Foundation contribution Director Club Affairs and PI: briefed the PI activities carried out. PI Director is taking initiative to prepare Club's AV. Sargent At Arms : – suggested all BOD members to give him advance information for projector arrangements Observer Remarks Rtn. Urmila Haldankar and Rtn.Poornima Deo the new Rotarian expressed satisfaction the way BOD meeting conducted. Rtn. Poornima Deo suggested to use LinkedIn and twitter more for PI Director without Portfolio : Director without portfolio suggested to actively participate in District event and to plan residential RYLA Other Issues :-- President shared request received from Rtn Sadanand kulkarni regarding Sabbatical leave and BOD members approved leave Proposed by Rtn Sadanand.
