Manish Didmishe Rtn.Dr. SumedhaBhosale PRESIDENT: President informed about the work done and to properly showcased on website. Right now rating is 11. DG visit points are pending. Hosting District event to be planned. Review of the work by all Directors : Expression of gratitude towards all directors for good work in every avenue. Synergy activity to be focused & even Synergy meeting to be planned. Global grant project is now approved. Acknowledged the efforts for work done by Rtn.Rajesh Bhate of NALA Work. BOD training done . Rotoract Interact activities to be focused. Hon. Secretary : Last meeting attendance 41%. Cumulative attendance 58%. Sunshine collection is handed over to Treasurer Rs.5700/- Last Bod mom approved. Hon.Treasurer Fees reminder sent . Overall budget and as on date expenses are under control. Sunshine collection deposited in bank. Rtn.Khatavkar fees not yet received. Director Club Administration: Program Committee : All Weekly programs are conducted as per schedule. Next 3 months Programs planning is in process. Club day program will be planned . Fellowship Committee: The chairperson along with committee members are doing work as per schedule. Bulletin Committee: Special Womens’ Day bulletin will be published in March 23.Audio Visual magazine initiative under progress. Bulletin committee is doing excellent work. Director Membership: Orientation for members from 5 years is planned. 8 women Rotarians are inducted in this year. One new prospective member is approached. Director Service Projects : No such execution of any project in this month. Sr Citizen project for which PP Rtn.Runwal donated funds was well executed. Nala project is under process. Noc got in hand from PMC. CSR Grant will be now used for the same. Dnyanada school - project under process. Director Foundation : Annual Giving contribution 6500 USD .APF 1200 USD collected . planned to contribute 15000 usd in this or next year. For minimum 1000 usd to be given. Director Club Affairs and PI: Good response from FB posts. Attendance committee is doing very well job. Sargent At Arms : – Projector requirement to be informed well in advance by program committee.. there should be co ordination between Sargent and Program Committee. Cupboard to arranged properly. New Projector to buy. The maintenance is very important. Request to Sunil Damale for arrangement of PROJECTOR or One projector from Elkay to be kept for meetings. IPP :digitaisation and IT has developed so fast. So the comparative data of club is to be kept accordingly Observer Remarks : PP.Rtn. Shrikant Gogate to take a task for 100% attendance for a month. In April / May 23 we will take this as challenge. PM schemes are decleared.. but the poor , underprivileged people don’t have any idea about it , our rotaractors will take this task to tell all these benefits and to help them to get the benefit for this community.. all word of bod is going takatak… Rtn.Shruti Kulkarni informed she is new member. she is interested to contribute for getting rank and number.
