Notice of Nomination Committee Election to be held on 15th Nov 2022 will be sent on 31st Oct 2022 to all Members. PP.Rtn.Vasudev Yadvad will be the Election Officer. Treasurer Treasurer initiated PAN registration process. Membership dues are pending from 2 members.Overall budget and as on date expenses are under control Director Club Administration: Program Committee : All Weekly programs are conducted as per schedule. All the members liked Diwali Sanj Programme and Club assembly was well organized. Next month onward one meeting will be either online or breakfast meeting Fellowship Committee: The chairperson along with committee members are doing work as per schedule. Bulletin Committee: 4the-Bulletin periodically published as per decided frequency .Audio Visual magazine initiative under progress. Director Membership: 2 leads for membership received. Rotary Club of Pune Kothrud Membership retention is the main focus Satellite club members are taking one CSR project very soon Director Service Projects : September Review Oct : 9th Adult Litaracy Center atBhimashankar. ADULT LITERACY CENTRE inaugurated at ChaasThakarvasti near Ghodegao, in the vicinity of Bhimashankar.......... and teachers were feliciated Canal work behind MrutyunjayeshwarMandir initial ground work initiated . Director Foundation : Global Grant Global Grant Project is uploaded on site. Our sponsor club given necessary approval.Waiting for approval from RI. Annul giving :Team has planned few initiatives next month being foundation month. Director Club Affairs and PI: All PI and reporting activities are initiated in well manner. Club Affairs activities Attendance committee is doing personal follow up with all members for increasing the attendance for the meeting. Director Youh Services : November Youth Week is planned INTERACT : Participation in District Event i.e. Walkathon on 16th Oct at 7am Rotary District 3131 organized walkathon to promote walking and use of public transport. Students of interact club of Darode School along with their parents and teachers participated in large numbers. 2 projects will be initiated in the school Rotaract: Installation in /Dec NGSE: Annet Rama Khandekar’s NGSE application is in process. Rotary Club of Pune Kothrud RYLA RYLA for Sportsmen on Friday 30th Sept and Saturday 1st Oct between 10am to 12.30pm each day @ Chandrashekhar Agashe College of Physical Education. Guidance by renowned Faculties . Sub: 1) Creative movement Therapy 2) Law of Abundance Consciousness 3) What Makes a great Leader 4) Leadership skills in Sports Beneficiaries – 125 Nos. Suhava :.
