Ashutosh Dabake backed out as Sargent At Arms. Secretary : Total weekly 4 Meetings done till 31st Aug 22 - Cumulative Attendance 32% Updation of both Rotary sites . Reporting is pending. President & IT Officer will update reporting in this month. 2nd BOD MOM approved & circulated to all members. Treasurer Still Net Banking formalities/Online banking facilities are pending from Indian Bank . PAN is mandatory now.Apply for PAN. PAN formalities to be done on priority. KYC formalities to be completed. Director Club Administration : Program Committee : All Weekly programs are conducted as per schedule. In October Club Assembly, Kojagiri , Diwali Pahat & Anns interest meet. 4th Oct. Aarati Kirloskar is the Guest - Fellowship Committee: The chairperson along with committee members are doing work as per schedule. Bulletin Committee: 3rd e-Bulletin released. Consistent with good contents .Audio Visual is the initiative Rotary Club of Pune Kothrud Director Membership: 4 leads for membership received. Selective membership is the main focus The Membership Orientation program will be planned in October/ November 22 Satellite club is active. Training Programs are going on. Director Service Projects : September Review Oct : 9th Adult Litaracy Center at Bhimashankar. ADULT LITERACY CENTRE at Chaas Thakar vasti near Ghodegao, in the vicinity of Bhimashankar.......... Canal work behind Mrutyunjayeshwar Mandir will be taking shape in next month. Director Foundation : Global Grant Global Grant project is under process. Project is uploaded on site. Waiting for approval from RI. Annul giving : Team has planned to collect 13000 USD from members. Director Club Affairs and PI: All PI and reporting activities are initiated in well manner. You Tube channel activity will be started in Oct. Same twitter and linkden activity will be started in Oct 22 Club Affairs activities Attendance committee is doing personal follow up with all members for increasing the attendance for the meeting. Director Youh Services : INTERACT : Dist Assembly in Sep 22. In Oct/Nov various activities planned Rotaract: Installation in Nov/Dec NGSE: Annet Rama Khandekar’s NGSE application is in process. RYLA 2nd RYLA conducted at NSS /MATOSHRI on 19/20 Sept with NSS students with Matoshri Vrudhashram Rotary Club of Pune Kothrud 3rd Ryla sports will be conducted in last week of sept. at Chandrashekhar Agashe School Youth week: For youth week we are continuously taking follow up and meeting with related college staff. Apart from our regular colleges like Modern and MMCC, after discussion with SP and Ferguson College, colleges are ready for youth week. Tentative planning in Oct 22/Nov22 RYE: After welcome event now In bound students participated in Ganapati Festival – Dhol pathak . Suhava : progress slowed down. Sargent At Arms : – Leave of Absence. President presented on behalf of Club Admin Director. Rtn.Ashutosh Dabake is unable to give justice for the assigned post of Sargent at Arms due to his personal problems. Rtn. Suhas Patwardhan is willingly ready to accept this assignment from Oct 22 IPP : updated – Hutatma Rajguru Vidyalay Project NICE INTERACIVE Formality of a letter needed which type of project we are doing, room painting repair of classroom, benches, e learning set, 30 tabs - sanctioned Rs.10.08 lakhs, We confirmed to NICE about it . the work will be complted by oct 22 Kashmir Literacy Project -10 e learning sets provided by Rtn. Ravi Kulkarni. Rtn.Mr Gore informed about a condition of Kashmir. The computers given earlier there in Kashmiir are not in use.. Picture is not that rosy which we all are thinking. It is not a fast track project with a caution. Bulletin last year bills is produced late to club..so in this new year the same will be taken into account and paid ISO is to be done Observer/ Guests PP Rtn.
