Pradeep Kulkarni PRESIDENT: Review of the work by all Directors : Expression of gratitude towards all directors for good work in every avenue Secretary : Total weekly 4 Meetings done till 30th July 22 - Cumulative Attendance till 30th July 22 65% Updation of both Rotary sites Announced about District Administration Training Session on 6th Aug. Informed she herself will attend it. Treasurer :RI Dues paid for the period july 22 to dec 22 .Trust formalities to be completed. However treasurer informed that the Net Banking formalities are pending from Bank side Director Club Administration : Leave of absence. President presented on behalf of Club Admin Director Program Committee All Weekly programs are conducted as per the schedule. In the month of August there will be one E meeting and one breakfast meeting & REAP program, All meetings are scheduled for the month of August. Fellowship Committee: The chairperson along with committee members are doing work as per the schedule Anns & lady rotariens picnic was scheduled on 31st july. 38 ladies participated. Wildernest Resort was the venue. Rotary Club of Pune Kothrud Bulletin Committee: Special bulletin was published on the day of Installation of President and New Board. In August 2nd Special Bulletin will be published on REAP to be held on 19th Director Membership: 1st Satellite Club formed on Installation Ceremony. Membership Orientation program conducted for them by our Club Trainer PP Rtn. Dr.Sanjay Runwal & PP.Rtn.Ravi Pandit is the Mentor for them 5 Anns were inducted on Installation Ceremony . Membership growth 30% In August Membership Orientation program will be conducted for newly inducted members and for the members joined in recent 5 years. The byelaws amendment committee has been formed and the amended by –laws will be circulated soon . Director Service Projects : July 22 – Project Review Medical – Health Check up project on the very 1st day Chairman IPP Satyajeet Chitale 6 Study Skills and Life Skills projects done. Chairperson Rtn Urmila Haldankar Extra funds in July 22 PP.Rtn.Dr.Sanjay Runwal donated Rs. 1 lakh for welfare of Senior Citizens to the trust on the day of the Installation ceremony. Resolution is passed as Rs.10000/- per month will be paid to Borderless World for Kashmir Project by PP Rtn. Dr. Sanjay Runwal through RCPK Trust. The 1st Fund raising activity done – Rs.55000/- for “ HAPPY STUDENTS “ total 100 kits distributed in 2 schools Chairman PP Ujwal T August/ September Study Skill Projects, Teachers’ Training Programs, Relationship Counseling Programs, Seminar for Women Group are planned. . Director Foundation : Global Grant Application for a Global Grant of USD 32,000/- is ready and got approval from partner club in USA.today i.e. 30th July 22. PP Dr Ravi Kulkarni is donating Rs 2500000 for various projects through GLOBAL GRANTS and CSR Rotary Club of Pune Kothrud August : PP.Rtn. Dr. Ravi Kulkarni has committed to provide 10 E-learning kits every 6 months for the next 3 years to Borderless World Foundation and Army Run Schools in Jammu and Kashmir. Annual Giving : At Installation Ceremony, on the appeal of committee approximately USD 9600 Equivalent amount has been committed by 36 members. Director Vandana is looking forward for around 16000$ towards annual giving Director Club Affairs and PI: PI in July 22 All PI and reporting activities are initiated in well manner News related to Installation Ceremony, various projects / programs published in major regional newspapers and also shared on social media A report of Happy Student Kits Distribution activity was sent to Rotary News. In August : Social Media Twitter Handle /LInkden , You tube channel are to be used effectively Club Affairs activities Attendance committee is doing personal follow up with all members for increasing the attendance for the meeting. Director Youh Services : Partners In Service: In July 3 Interact clubs are installed In August 2-3 activities & sessions are arranged for these Interact clubs. Rotaract: In August MMCC Rotaract club reactivatiln is under discussion. Installation of Modern College Rotaract is planned in the month of Oct in 2nd week . NGSE: Annet Rama Khandekar’s NGSE application is in process. RYLA In August First RYLA @ Modern college of Engineering is organized . There are plans to arrange RYLA in S P College and Fergusson College staff. Rotary Club of Pune Kothrud REAP Date of Reap changed from 14th Aug to 19th Aug. Reap Awardee Finalized . REAP Awardee Mr.Siddharth Sikachi is the Director of Clean Science & Technology Ltd On 19th Aug 22 REAP Program is arranged at MCCIA , Center Pune. New initiative proposed in Vocational Month , new emerging organization awards will be given to the most deserving organizations. Youth week: Youth week is planned in the month of September/October RYE: In August A Synergy Program arranged on 10th Aug for inbound students at ZAPURZA. The proposed budget is for this event is Rs.60000/- which will be shared by 4 clubs . It is resolved that our club will share Rs.15000/- for this event. Suhava magazine 12 issues has been published till the date . The idea is proposed to make a library with all collections is under process. Sargent At Arms : – Leave of Absence. President presented on behalf of Club Admin Director. It is resolved to make the suitable payment to the staff of Damale hall for the basic work Sargent At Arms Committee should be with 3 more members. IPP : Is the IT officer He willingly will do the work on SOP immediately Observer/ Guests PP. Rtn. Nutan Bankar congratulated all the BOD members for its smooth functioning . She suggested to have ISO. Rtn. Pradeep Kulkarni congratulated all BOD members. He suggested to have Project Bank. He told Rs.3000 crores CSR Funds will be distributed in this year . So we need to grab big projects. Director without Portfolio : Praised all Directors for their commendable work. Appreciated the decision to start and complete the BOD in scheduled time Insisted to follow the protocol.
