He informed the BOD about the recent Mahad visit. 2) Secretarial Announcements: Rtn. Gayatri Ladkat Minutes of previous BOD were approved. A change in the next BOD meeting date was approved due to the REAP event. 3) Treasurer’s Report: Rtn. Rajesh Bhate Shared the treasurer's report. 4) Club Admin. Director: Rtn. Dr. Vishwanath: Program Committee is working efficiently. Organizing interesting programs. Fellowship Committee: Meeting to be held for REAP Fellowship Arrangements Bulletin Committee: Doing a fantastic job. Working on a special edition for REAP. 5) Membership Director: Rtn. Indraneel Mujgule No updates 6) Service Projects Director: Rtn. Manish Didmishe 1) Mahad School Renovation work in progress 2) Donated 25 tabs to Chandrakant Darode School through CSR funds from Elkay Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. On 26th January ’22 7) Rotary Foundation Director: Rtn. Rahul Khandekar informed the club about expected donations from his contacts from Gulf and Singapore. 8) PI Director: Rtn. Madhura Y. Leave of Absence 9) Youth Service Director: Rtn Vandana Dandekar informed the BOD about the donation of ₹ 35000/- received from Swati Ghorpade for Jagruti Blind School. 10) IPP: Rtn. Prashant Siddha expressed his concern over the Modern Managers Rotract Club. 11) Sergeant-at-Arms: Rtn. Sushama Kulkarni The club is functioning smoothly. 12) Director Without Portfolio: Rtn.
