Saytajeet Chitale Invitees: Rtn. Ujwal Tawade, Rtn. Vasu Yadwad Rtn. Vishakha Wagh, Attendees: Rtn. Satyajeet Chitale, Rtn. Rajesh Bhate, Rtn. Vishwanath Lele, Rtn. Dr. Sanjay Runwal, Rtn. Manish Didmishe , Rtn. Sushma Kulkarni 1)Welcome address by President Rtn. Satyajeet Chitale. He expressed concern over likely 3rd wave and restrictions due to Covid. Also, informed that the next 3 months are full of activities with one major project/ program every month. 2) Minutes of previous BOD were approved 3) Vishwanath: Subscription of Rotary News for new members to be submitted to news trust. He suggested that Program and fellowship group be made only admin group 4) Rajesh: Shared the treasurer's report 5) Other Directors presented reports. 6) Sanjay: Made a remark that all his previous comments hold true and there is a need to improve for timing and attendance by BOD members. He insisted that donations to TRF should be seen in the light of Give and Take Principle. 7) Guest Vishakha: Informed BOD that Rotractors of MMRCPK bagged two awards in Rotaractors competition, one for Skit and one for demo play of martial art weapon Nan-Chaku No other approvals were tabled.
