Sushma Kulkarni Minutes Of Meeting Welcome address by President Rtn. Satyajeet chitale He called the meeting to order and spoke about the projects completed in the month of October. He proposed a resolution to pay respect and homage to Late Rtn. PP Shreeniwas Gokhale amd PDG Ghaisulalji Solanki. They will be remebered for their selfless service in Rotary. He congratulated Rtn. Manish Didmishe on being elected as President Nominee. Secretarial Announcement by Rtn. Treasurer Rtn. Rajesh Bhate Attached Director Club Administration: Rtn. Vishwanath Lele Program Committee Weekly programs are conducted as per schedule. Expressed his concern over scanty attendance of the members. Fellowship Committee: Working superbly Bulletin Committee: Rtn. Vishwanath acknowledged the sensitivity of the Bulletin Committee for issuing special bulletin in the loving memory of Late PP Shreeniwas Gokhale Fund Raising Committees: Weekly meetings for CSR and Fund Raising have commenced for fund raising activities. Presentations to the prospective companies have been given by the Team. A special project for restoration of 2 schools at Mahad and Lote is in pipeline. Fund for this project is being raised through the donors from the US. Director Membership: Rtn. Indraneel Mujgule He assured to work on at least 4 new members. Director Service Projects. Rtn. Manish Didmishe A proposal for free generic medicine donation was proposed. Cost of the project Rs 20,000/- Director Foundation Rtn. Sushma Kulkarni Suggested to encourage the members to wear the Rotary Pin. Immediate Past President: PP Rtn. Prashant Siddha Rtn. Prashant appreciated the BOD Members for submitting their monthly reports well in time.. He offered all kind of help as and when needed. Director without Portfolio: PP Rtn. Dr. Sanjay Runwal He congratulated President for successful execution of Nomination Committee Election. He expressed his disappointment over the members being late for the meetings. Regarding projects he suggested to take different projects. He advised to plan projects well before time to ensure 100% acceptance . He insisted that need assessment should be done. Observations by the invitees. 1) PP Prakash Apate congratulated all the BOD members for its smooth functioning . He suggested to share the data for Global Grand’s distribution. He also sought transparency in GG functioning. 2) PP Sumedha Bhosale expressed her happiness over getting to attend the BOD after a long time. She explained the GG process. She also insisted to submit the GG project at the earliest. Closing remarks by President Rtn. Satyajeet Chitale President thanked all the BOD members for their contribution. Meeting Concluded. Proposals Approved by BOD Members • A proposal was approved to pay the homage to Late PP.
