Satyajeet Chitale He called the meeting to order and spoke about the projects done in the month of October. He proposed the induction of 2 new members. also informed the BOD about the visit to flood-affected Schools for restoration from Chiplun and Lote. Secretarial Announcement by Rtn. Vishwanath Lele Program Committee Interesting programs are arranged every Tuesday. 1 One synergy project between 4 Clubs successfully conducted- Session by Dr. Rabde on Afghanistan's past, present, and future. 2 Three programs conducted as per schedule 3 Last program attendance was 30% we have to come up with action plan to increase the attendance 4 Planning assembly and Kojagiri and Diwali program organized Fellowship Committee: Working superbly Bulletin Committee: Bulletin has been published as per schedule Fund Raising Committees: Weekly meetings for CSR and Fund Raising have commenced for fundraising activities. Presentations to the prospective companies have been given by the Team. A special project for the restoration of 2 schools at Mahad and Lote is in pipeline. Fund for this project is being raised through donors from the US. Contribution for Ekankia from Club was discussed. It was decided that the club will contribute ₹ 25000/- for Ekankia Participation Director Membership: Rtn. Indraneel Mujgule He assured to work on at least 4 new members. Director Service Projects. Rtn. Manish Didmishe A proposal for Fruit-bearing Trees donation was proposed. Cost of the project Rs 10,000/- Director Foundation Rtn. Youth Week: planned after the reopening of the colleges From January Issue Suhava magazine will split into 2 age groups 7 to 12 age group and 12 to 18 age group Sargent At Arms: Rtn. Director without Portfolio: PP Rtn. Dr. Sanjay Runwal complimented all the BOD members for coming forward and discussing the proposals lively. He explained the correct order for the membership proposal. He urged all the members to take Club Assembly seriously. He also suggested that Committee Chairs should do the presentations in CA Proposals Approved by BOD Members 1) Fund of Rs 10,000/- was approved for the donation of Fruit Bearing Trees Next BOD: 27th November 2021 2) A proposal for inducting 2 new members Kedar Athawale and Vishakha Wagh was approved by the board unanimously 3) A proposal for Ekankika Contribution of ₹ 25000/- was approved.
