Satyajeet Chitale He called the meeting to order and spoke about the projects done in July, interesting programs arranged by the program committee. He also informed the BOD about the project distributing of Relief kit Ek Haat Madaticha for Chiplun and Lote Flood-affected families 500 kits and 2400 water bottles were distributed. August being the month of Membership month, our club will focus on Membership development activities. Secretarial Announcement by Rtn. Once the situation betters the committee will be active  Bulletin Committee: Pratima team has been doing wonders as usual. New ideas and columns have been introduced.  Fund Raising Committees: Weekly meetings for CSR and Fund Raising have commenced for fundraising activities. Presentations to the prospective companies have been given by the Team. Director Membership: Rtn. Indraneel Mujgule 2 prospective members are attending the club meetings. Important Announcement District Membership Seminar has been arranged by District 3131 on 2nd August 2021. 7.30 Am to 1.30 PM. Director Service Projects. Rtn Manish Didmishe A report is attached herewith. Director Foundation Rtn. Rahul Khandekar Activities in this vertical will commence very soon. Director Club Affairs and PI: Rtn. Madhura Yelsangikar  Information regarding all weekly programs is circulated through flyers through Whats App and FB page.  Information about service projects is published in local Newspapers. Director Youth Services: Rtn. Vandana Dandekar  Geet Gayan: Planned in the month of January. 2nd or 9th  REAP: To be Held in the month of February  Youth Week: planned after the reopening of the colleges  RYE: More than 100 students registered for Virtual RYE  RYLA: Session are going on in full fledge online  Partners In Service: Interact Clubs will be installed once the Schools are open.  Rotaract clubs are conducting online activities. Sargent At Arms: Rtn. Sushma Kulkarni Since the meetings are held online due to pandemic restrictions, she is helping the attendance committee in reporting the attendance after every meeting. Immediate Past President: PP Rtn. Prashant Siddha Rtn. Prashant expressed his happiness on the working of the President and his Board. He ensured all the Bod members that he will be always available to them for any assistance and guidance during the course of the year. He also made s suggestions regarding obtaining a pan card for RCP Kothrud. Director without Portfolio: PP R. Dr. Sanjay Runwal Dr. Sanjay gave his valuable inputs while addressing the Board. He insisted that we should explore options to increase Trust income. Further, mentioned that the club dues should be collected on priority from those who’ve not paid yet. He suggested that it’s high time that we work on membership increment. Foundation Data mining should be done and presented. He also suggested that the Board Meetings should be used to discuss future projects rather than the projects completed. He made a suggestion to Hon. Secretary that she should jot down the commitments made by the Bod members and keep the follow-up whether those are fulfilled. He was of an opinion that the board should take the follow-up with the members who failed to contribute to Relief Fund. He also mentioned that we should push Interacts and RCC in Schools through Literacy Webinars. He suggested that there should be better coordination in Fellowship committee. Rtn. Shreeniwas Gokhale: Observations Rtn. Shreeniwas expressed his satisfaction with the functioning of the board. He wished the board all the best. Meeting Concluded.
